Terms and conditions of use

By the terms features it is meant the use of Write an original article or Write for the Alligator and Reply to an article after registering an account on thealligatoronline. By use of these features you agree that:

    1. The material you submit matches all the above conditions for section 4 except condition iii).
    2. By submitting material through these features you acknowledge and accept that you are submitting an original article for publication on thealligatoronline and it will be treated as such.
    3. You waiver your copyright over this material and the copyright of this material belongs to thealligatoronline.
    4. You may not reproduce this material or any amended version of it for any other site or publication other than thealligatoronline without the prior permission of thealligatoronline obtained through writing or email.
    5. You accept these conditions of use.

Variations

These terms and conditions may change. You will be deemed to have accepted any change or variation if you continue to use the site. Any changes will be posted in full on this page.

Force majeure

Thealligatoronline provides no warranty in case the site is interrupted or discontinued at any time, although it will endeavour to prevent this from happening.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
